Here is a brand-new set vs a set at 50% wear.

Notice how the center is all one piece now.

Been running studded duratracs on the gm3500 this winter and now running studded m55's on the f350. They all suck on ice but I prefer the 10ply duractracs I think so far.

Just tires, they wear evenly from side to side, it's just at 50% alot of surface area shows up an not many sipes left. Performance is fading fast.

it really looks like the tire wear is over inflation... I would suggest dropping the tire pressures to 45psi... Your probably running at least 60psi, right? If you drop the pressures to 40 - 45psi, it will help with the middle tread tire wear, unless you've got a load, then you have to pump them back up.

The TOYO ATís seem to do the same no matter air pressures.
Middle looks smooth and wore out at 50%

[QUOTE=Merc63;2476574]Cooper discovery winters with studs, I've had them for 4 winters now and will probably get another year. Tons of tread and they work

I run these as well. No complaints at all.

    Cooper Discoverer gets rated well.
