Im low on cash and would like to make a taller shorter seat for my doo. I was wondering how someone would go about this. Do i just take a stock seat, chop it after the lip, add some foam under it, and re cover?

That is exactly what the professional upholsterer did on my Polaris seat.

Why is your mind not capable enough to let you stand and drink at the same time. Curious question LHF, how do you get your hands warm after you drink beer on your sled, when you did that big weight savings mod of not running handle bar warmers. Who did that seat for you sled bunny? looks like a pretty awesome job.

you mentioned to me in another thred that the rev and rev 440 seats should fit, why not talk to a wrecker like total recreation or ebay and put a rev seat on it? i think that would last longer than cutting up your current seat and be cheaper than a boss....

I have a all black 440 seat off my o7 summit with a hole the size of a nickle from a stick i'll sell it for $100

If all fails bud i have a 440 seat its black but the base is red and red stiching. thing is mint. 200 firm.
