Done the GX200 (6.5HP) not a GX240. GX200 was pretty straight forward. Everything transferred over from the stock engine to the GX200.
Just put a Kohler 7HP in the boys Cat120.

Yes the 240 is 2" longer and wider 3" higher. Have to pull a tape on the chassis when I get home. I can get a smoking deal on a 240 thats the only reason thinking about the 240.

Ahh. 349 for 6.5HP at Canadian Tire. Installed one of those two years ago. Governor delete, mild porting, 18 Lb Valve Springs and you're ready. Sled flew.
