Year round campground near Hinton?

Just curious if there are any options for year round campsites in or near Hinton with full hookups (water/power/sewer)? Google told me about Cougar Creek campground east of town, but their website says water is only available in the summer.

There is one just outside Hinton towards Edmonton , will see if I can get the name for ya

That is Cougar Creek. About 5k east of town.
