Worn Clutch?

My machine has 3300 km's on it, due for a rebuild, probably a clutch rebuild too. But I've been having some issues recently, and no idea what it is. When I'm carving, mostly between 6700-7200 rpm, it seems as though the track quits turning, but the rpms rocket up beause I still am in the throttle. Think of it as if you're driving a standard and it pops out of gear. Is this a sign of the clutch being worn? I did replace the belt and it didn't help at all. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Also haven't noticed any trouble codes displaying on my cluster since this has been happening.

Maybe still had snow on the belt from your last "left" carve??? Mine does that once in a while too.
