wich seats fit on a s chassis

i've got a 99 summit x670 thats getting the pimp treatment , the current original seat is ok but the foam seems to soft and the hight of the seat seems low , i'm curious if say a xp seat would fit? or would it be toooo much monkey'n around to make it work ?
my other idea was to just take the original seat cut it shorter , put harder foam on, make it taller and new fancey fabric ....
any thoughts?

Theres a post on here somewhere from a guy who mounted a rev seat on his 98x looked good and didnt seem like a pile of work.
