Whitefish

Just wondering if the whitefish area has some great sledding. I was through there on september long weekend and it looks like a gorgeous town and a nice place to stay for a week and go sledding. Please let me know if its worth the trip and where a group could ride for a week.

Lots of riding in the NW Montana area. The area is pretty thick with trees - to really enjoy riding here you really need to know where you're going. It's not like BC with lots of open areas (and lots of trees...) where you can just find your way. Get with someone who knows the various riding areas and you can have lots of fun!

If you stay there you gotta visit the Bulldog and use the facilities.
