Just because it doesn't show up on Napa's site doesn't mean they don't carry it either. Sometimes people need to step away from their keyboards and use good old fashioned ingenuity.
I know I bought it there before. Also Acklands US and Acklands-Grainger have different supplies.

I've heard bout this stuff for years. Everyone swears by it.
Figured I'd try it out on my new Tonneau Cover.
Called Napa in Sherwood Park - don't stock it.
Called Acklands in Sherwood Park - never heard of it.
Went to Glenco Sales in Edmonton - they had 4 bottles. Each bottle was $17. I snagged a couple.
Raven has a few bottles at $18.
I'll try it out and see how it works.
And on a similar note - I've found that 'Purple Slice' aerosol is the best thing out there when it comes to shine'n up your truck interior and the bikes.
