What RPM should a 2010 M8 153 be running at?

I was just wondering what RPM my 2010 M8 be hitting.
Right now it only hit 8000 is this at its top power band?

Should say under the hood. I thought it's was 8100 or 8300?

According to the chart under my hood peak rpm is 8300, I have been having trouble with mine when I run with the recommended weights at home, they say 71g for the elevation here. I've got just over 69g in it in my cutler adjustable weights and it still doesn't open up like it should, I'm getting almost 8000 and once in a while it wont get past 7300. I'm going to keep tweaking next week when I get back from BC.
