What is the best way to heat the set screw on the clutch wiegh

What is the best way to heat the set screw on the clutch wiegh to unlock the locktite I heard a heat gun but was thinking a torch. I don't want to over heat the clutch or brake of the allen key.

It requires little heat to release loc-tite, the amount you will be putting on will hardly heat up any clutch parts or even damange any bushings.
We doit every day almost with a regular propane torch and in all the years never damanged anything..........JUST DOIT....ya be smart about it.
A tip....don't heat the screw it self but heat the metal where it is threaded and apply some turning torque to the screw to remove while heating.

Having a magnetic tray near by for the set screws is big must as well. Pain in the arse losing them on a dirty shop floor lol
