Where is the best and safest place to ride right now in McBride?

We are coming sledding this weekend (Jan.24) and was wondering where the best place and the safest place right now would be to ride? We are bringing green riders so we would like to make it easy and safe for them. It will be a blast with lots of laughs...lol!!!

We are from Sask and do alot of sledding in the mountains. We are leaving Thursday this week and would like to know snow conditions and avy reports. Is is somewhat safe to go?? Please let us know...Thanks!!!

Avalanche risk in the alpine is still high, but many have already come down. There are lots of areas that are safe to ride in. If you don't know the area, try to hook up with someone that does, or hire a guide.
