Beautiful day , bunch of boats out. Pretty bumpy getting into the rat shak , some didn't make it. I can never figure out why so many guys quit going out so early, its such a beautiful time of year on the river. Probably last ride though , gotta get sled camp ready for camp in next friday. Sold 122 permits so far , see how many more we get.

Went fishing on the athabasca this sunday with my dad, we hit the water just before 10, It was low and i never been on that river when it was low, so i never knew the deep spots so when i stuck my head up above the windsheild to get a better look it made my eyes water lol! My dad stood up once for one second and just sat down the rest of the time!
