Hey all just picked up a used snowbike for the upcoming season. After inspection I found this that the ski mount was all mangled. Anyways any ideas on strengthening or repairing what I have. If anybody has an older one sitting around let me know thx Mike...

Are you missing an aluminum rod that fits between the rear bolt ?
Without it, it would seem likely to buckle .

I saw the brace part on a newer set up. mine seems to not have that part or the sleeve for the wheel kit either.. Yay it starts already.

I put a Yeti ski on the Timbersled Mount as the previous picture shows. No issuses with the Timbersled spindle, may be less in price than the Yeti, not sure.
Mine is a 2015 kit, and the new ones may be improved. I know they beefed up the fork clamps.
That wheel kit is homemade, so it won't look like factory.
You do have many choices now, unlike past years.
