Its that time of year again when we begin our annual sponsorship drive. First off, we want to sincerely thank all of last year’s participating sponsors and supporters. The support we receive from all of you is integral to ensuring a successful year of operations. VARDA has had a long history of support from our local businesses and we are extremely thankful for the growth we are seeing from businesses in and outside of the local area. It’s a great feeling to know that the work we are doing is appreciated, supported and far reaching.
Sponsorship of VARDA has many benefits and range in value, but all levels include your business listing in our Valemount Sled Area Guide, grooming update emails, a listing in the Sponsorship category on our website, and new this year, all sponsors will be listing in the new Summer ATV guide being printed next spring. All of these are excellent marketing opportunities and a great bang for you buck.
I have attached a PDF and JPEG to this thread, one is the Intro Letter and the other is the actual sign up page. Please pass these around to anyone you know who may be interested, its greatly appreciated.
Secondly, some may have received the news that we are planning construction of a new cabin in the Clemina Creek area to be completed before the snow flies this season. This is likely the largest endeavour VARDA has completed without the support of grant revenue. We have been saving for this project for some time and we are extremely happy to be able to offer this new facility to our users.
Donations are being accepted to help fund the construction of this facility. If you wish to help out and contribute, cheques can be sent to VARDA, Box 721 Valemount BC, V0E 2Z0 or you can also use Paypal to varda@valemount.ca
All donors will be recognized on a permanent plaque in the cabin in one of two categories. "Treeline" for anything under $1000 and "Alpine" for anything over. No amount is too small, so please support the construction of this amazing new facility.
This is one of our largest projects to date and we are extremely excited!
