Pipe specifics would help. Info on where and how you ride would also help.
Generally after the pipe you might want to consider a cam (and valve springs), air box lid removal/mod/high flow cover, aftermarket cdi. After that consider weight savings and suspension upgrades to suit your riding practices.
Think long and hard about where you ride and your style of riding before getting suspension upgrades; shocks can be numbingly expensive
I have many upgrades on my 06 700r but the one I like the best is the Elka steering dampener . I also have a hauk fuel manager , Dr D full pipe , Elka shocks , Tag + 2 stem.
