It was done. Extend the clips by 1", drill and tap your heart away. Cut access to the bed rails with a template. Clip it down snug, screw the rail to the box liner horizontally and proceed as per normal.

The pump and fill bungs are aligned to the center of the slide outs. I just slotted them after drilling the 3" holes. Measured a lot. Removed the deck and measured. Measured again with the deck in. Measure measure measure from the sides, from the glass hahahah. Slept on it and measured again in the morning hahahah.

I have covers I'm fabbing out of black crazy carpet that I'm covering the the holes with.... But there shouldn't be any crap flying around there with a deck on top. Never had rot issues in the past with plastic liners.

Here is what the box of my last work truck looked like after taking the wooden liner out at 570k.

Used an L-shape slip tank. Otherwise the ramp ends up not fitting.
