This is a thank you letter from the Trailseeker snowmobile club to everyone that is continuing to support us this year. Last year, the executive of the ASA took exception to some of the issues our club president brought up at an ASA meeting, and in turn, pulled her ASA pass, told her not to speak to anyone from the ASA, or enter any ASA offices or functions for the next year. After several club meetings, it was decided that the Trailseekers would no longer be associated with the ASA. There have been lots of comments, both positive and negative, for us and against us from other clubs and riders. We dont believe that being a stand alone club is the best thing to do, there is strength in numbers, but when a friend is threatened, you back them up, and thats what we did. As it stands now, the Trailseekers is still a fully functioning club, our club membership is higher now, than it has been at this time for a few years. The trail signage is almost complete, need to get out and cleanup a few more leaners, and keep doing the snowdance, so the groomer can get going again.
