I've got an 05' rev 600 sdi with a 136x2" track. How much room of adjustment do I need on my tensioners to be able to slap on a 141 track? Thanks :)

Y 141 ???

Get a summit 144 track and bolt it in.

Won't even need to change drivers I think.

sent while I should be drinking twisted teas

Won't I need to change the entire track carriage or will the track just pop on in place of the 136" I have about 1 1/2" left on the tensioners but I didn't think the 144 would just fit on without alot of mods like a whole new suspension?? Thanks

Might get away with a big wheel kit ,

Or back axle extenders.

You mean rail extensions? Not really wanting a big wheel kit, most of the added length just ends up riding up on the wheel and not on the snow.

At most all you would need is a small rail extension. 141 is only 5" longer, fold that over really only getting another 2.5" ish. would probably be able to go with the 144 with only a 2 or 3" rail extension. Now if you go any longer you will have to start looking at a tunnel extension if not already. When your suspension is fully compressed you will hit the track if you end up going to long.......really all depends on how much $ your looking to spend.....Van Amburg has some pretty cool stuff out there.

Depending on how handy you are, you could relocate the skid in the tunnel.
I did this on my 99 rmk. Went from 136 to 141 and moved the skid approximately 1" down and 2 1/2" back.
