Tire Size Restrictions?

I've heard from two seperate people now that there is new legislation in BC limiting ATV tire sizes to 26" or smaller. Can anyone confirm whether this is true or false?

Ya know sh!t some qauds come with much larger than 26's stock.

Haven't heard anything yet but wouldn't surprise me considering that the Liberals have been regulating everything else. And mandatory registration for ATV's now (or still in the works?) so they could do anything they want. Luckily most tires don't actually measure up to the size molded on the sidewall.

What will be next, engine size limits? What really is a tire size management going to do? are they limiting 4x4 sizes as well.
