Thumb warmer not working

Has anyone else had problems with their hand and thumb warmers? My thumb warmer does not work. Sled is new .

Did you test the wires that lead too it ?

The thumb warmer never worked on my new 2016 RMK. It never worked on my new 2019 RMK 850. It never worked on my new 2022 RMK 850 matryx slash.

That weird I have never had a problem in the past. This is probably my 6th polaris sled.

I'll add that on the 2016 RMK, I complained to the dealer, and they replaced the thumb piece on warranty. It still didn't work.

Dont think Ive never felt heat from a thumb warmer in 30 years of sledding. What do they feel like

Id test the wires too see it you got power too it...

Should be easy too find the problem...

Either its power,,, ground or module or all the above...

That weird I have never had a problem in the past. This is probably my 6th polaris sled.

Not weird at all. Never had that issue with any of my 8 Polaris sleds.
