swapping motor out of a 2009 doo to a 2007?

Is it possible to take an 800r motor out of a 2009 rev xp summit x and put it in a 2007 rev summit?

anything is posibile, you will need to make a different way of mounting it, I seen a 900 cat in poo chasis, or triples in revs, talk to mountain magic

There should be a base plate for the 07 that you will need. I have a spare base plate.

i have all the parts from the 07 motor. would i then just have to change the base plate?
