I guess I'll fog it this weekend. Still on the fence about putting a 3" under it.

Running it every chance I get to smell the 2 smoke

Not going to fog mine, just run it once a month or more, up to temp

Ti bolts all around. I took a etec engine all apart and weight the bolts... To my surprise that was 48lbs. Ti weighs 48% less than steel. So that's a 20lbs weight savings. Not going to do the engine but the whole chassis and suspension, I figue that's an easy 30lbs. As well some other lightweight crap ;)

They are actually priced the same as from skidoo... We are doing a bulk order for 3 sleds. Most likely will work out to $50/lb, which is cheap in comparison to the standard $100/lb.

You can buy them all right from doo?

Confusion... A single Ti bolt is about the same price as a single steel bolt from skidoo of the same length and size. Now when doing bulk orders the pricing of that single ti bolt will drop.

Finishing up the 860 on my 2014 xm. Next is a C3 Belt drive. 3" 162 track. Alteady has a team secondary. Reeds and pipe. Getting rid of the tip up rails and making the sled all black. My back up xm hasn't sold so I am doing mod rods vented side panels. New clutch springs and chain case oil. Oh yeah and changing out a bent a arm. The only other mod will be my body. Hitting the gym and getting in shape. Tierd of sore wrists and elbows after big trips. Im gonna be in my Mid 40's this winter and 5000km winters are starting to hurt. :)

Going raptor shocks all around, racers edge skid, HTR wrap.. Debating 3" 174 with drop n roll or 163" without.. And maybe some venting that doesn't affect the wrap too much
