Stabilizer bars--best price?

Where is the cheapest place to get stabilizer bars or Weight Distribution bars or whatever you want to call them. I see princess auto has a set for around 350 bucks. Lots on kijiji but would prefer new?? maybe.

We r a oilfield supply store in town. We have a deal with greggs. We pay a certain % above their cost. Not very much. I'll check which brand they carry and price for ya first thing in the mornin. Still hard to beat price at princess sometimes though. Lol

No kidding. Funny thing with greggs is not every company gets the same pricing. Just out of curiousity I am going to get my pricing from them and compare.

Make sure when you buy your bars that you get the right weight rating, did not know that they come in different ratings depending on the size of the trailer. It does make a big difference.

But pretty much not trailer stuff.

When I checked em a while ago I think there was 4 different weights.

yeah I found out that the first bars I had were for a trailer that weighed 4000 lbs and my new trailer is 5600 lbs broke a piece on the old hitch went to the hitch shop to find out the the bars I had were not what i needed. Realized after the first trip that I had a lot more control.

So I should be trying to get a set for a 7000 or even the 10,000 pound set? The trailer is an enclosed with two 3500 pound axles. Better to go heavier then too light I would guess?

I'll price em all and let ya know. Give the weights and junk. Know need to overshoot a lot but a little room I'm sure is ok on em.

I called greggs and ordered the 10,000 lb 8 bolt ones. Have to pick them up in the morning. $314.
