SPortsman 800 Driveline CLunk

My 08 SPorty 800 has a distinct driveline clunk when you take off and when you stop and reverse. I'm hearing this is normal and they all do it in this year.
Anyone else have the same thing??

I wouldn't just single out the 800... that "CLUCK" is kinda standard procedure on all Polaris models!

I think its in the secondary clutch because my 700 SP did that clunk sound and when I installed a aftermarket clutch it went away! just my 2 cents.

That clunk is Polaris's way of telling you its moving.

its the slop in the rear prop shaft.
