Speedo in GEN4 not working???????

I have a belt drive on a 850, and no speedo, magnets look good, gap is correct, wires are correct. On the stand nothing seems to engage speedo.
Does it need to see rpm and TPS above a certain value ?? Tried two different sensors. Supposed to see 5 volts at sensor and it does. BUDS showing no codes. Tried dash modes in all different configurations.

Had one that the bit in the ECM was not turned on so no speedo display

I highly doubt there is any reference to TPS or RPM. When connected to BUDS are you seeing the speedo indication?

When you verified +5vdc did you verify grd to chassis or the same connector? Grd's are equally important.
