Yes he was. Just the nitro methane did not work so well for him at altitude. I see some are running STM clutches, I wonder what they run for belts?

I dunno, I think faster than street outlaws.

Tom Bailey ran a 5.77 in the quarter with a 1.011 60ft. His car is a pro-mod, that’s a step up from street outlaws, depending how you look at it.

These guys noted they can be under 1.0 in the 60ft. Thought someone said they had a 0.88 60ft in ideal conditions!

I think there's a lot of difference in a drag and drive pro mod and a street outlaw build.

Tom is a BAD MAN no matter what.

the outlaw guys are using different equipment for sure. I love it all man, 4000HP through zoomies with a screw blower? give it to me.

EDIT *** I meant STREET OUTLAWS No Prep Kings with the 1.0 60 ft.. my bad... tough to do that on the street lol

The only difference is cup holders!

I bet the red car (ruby) in the background would give those sleds a run for there money though.

HAHA yeah buddy! I will certify that car has been literally been across this continent. Couple shots from along the way to Rocky Mountain Race Week 2019, making time across the Wyoming plains and 2nd one is parked at over 10,000 ft in Colorado. Hell of a trip, looking forward to the next one!
