Headin down to Whitefish / Eureka on the 26th till the 3rd

Has anyone been out lately or can any locals comment on the snow conditions? Havent heard any good news, and on the fence if its even worth heading down.

Any advice would be appreciated!!

Go to the BC highway website and click on the webcams. The one at the border faces north but it also gives you a good idea as you can see whats up top of the mountains there. Link below.

Just got home an hour ago from Eureka area, 45 miles north of Whitefish. I live near Calgary. There is not much snow this year. Almost none in the valley, snow looks like it starts about 4000' or so. Not enough snow to pull my sleds out of the shop!

We are getting snow up high but still skimpy and caution is the name of the game if you don't want to repair your sled!! won't be long now though!
