Do kenda executioners actually run really short???

I know tire talk is always happening but i have researching the kenda executioners and they look awesome and sound like a good tire only problem is lots of people say they run short! Have they fixed there sizing or do they really actually run short? Yup they have the tiger tails at pines! Might get me one!

My buddy had those tires worked good in summer but no good in winter. They froze rock hard and he couldn't ever move lol. The smallest hill he would spin out.
