So I have a Rhino I put up on a 8' sled deck. It fits up there and secures down nicely. My concern is the welds etc on the deck, it seems to move/twist/bend etc a lot? Does anybody have any suggestion on reinforcing my deck at all? It a newer Marlon Explore Pro. Just don't want the side x side trashing it

I have been thinking the same thing lately. My deck is an older Marathon and is solid rather than slide out so it should be strong enough. I am thinking of just having a buddy do some extra reinforcement on the deck just for some added strength, some reinforced tie down spots and also adding a small rack over the cab of the tuck for hauling fuel and such in the winter.

weight would be like having 2 quads on it, should hold? but I like the reinforcement idea, can't hurt. bolted down is the best.

Man, I love the headache rack idea for fuel cans! I run a full size slip tank under my deck for sledding season, never room for packing fuel, chains, tools ect
