Side panel vent kit help

I found a small tree stump and it punched a hole through by right side panel, right on the bottom. I'm thinking of just covering it with a vent kit but I can't find a vent to fit exactly where the hole is. All in seeing are placed a little higher up on the panel. Does anybody know of a vent that covers that area? Thanks.
