Can anyone recommend a good realtor in the Sicamous area??? Making the big move out there this summer

Kell is a snooty high roller Realtor, unfortunately as she is a nice lady

But seems she only likes to do the big $$$$ places

Howard has the knowledge of the area and family has been realtor's here before him

So he knows what sh!t is worth ect, and unfortunately kell and a few others list 50 plus g over top what Howard says it's worth

Guess what price it's down to when it sells, what Howard said it's worth and to list at

We used Howard two years ago when we bought our cabin. His father in law just finished our retaining wall replacement. Good guys to know.

Ya the 14hr drive sure prompted this move. Hopefully I'll only be 14min from eagles pass now haha

Trip in march we rode queest, eagles then blue lake. Blue was a really good ride but the day we had on eagles was nothing short of incredible. I was a "Revy guy" for the last 8 yrs but after experiencing Sicamous areas........all I can say is wow. The burn area on eagles was like a dream come true. Can't wait to explore everything else out there next winter. And not have to drive 14 friggin hours anymore
