09 Street Glide here. Always wanted a bike and I love this one. Added Garmin, Sirius, Amp, Speakers, Escort detector, and some blingy stuff.

Great for when the snow melts. EW

I realize there are a few Eric W's around....but would this be the same Eric W that donated a motor to a handicapped guy a few years back on Snowest? Was part of an IndyDan thing. He had the same user name as you do and was in NE Washington I believe......

If so, you're a top notch dude and I will never forget your generosity to that man and his son. Still would like to buy you a beer someday for being one of the nice guys.

That would be me. The riders name is Ty (goinverticle). I was just thinking about him yesterday. Last communication I had he was looking at giving up sledding to focus on some health issues and persue gun smithing. He said that he had a real passion for gun work and it was way easier on his body.

His is an amazing story. You can still pm him on Snowest (goinvertical).

I'll take ya up on that beer anytime. You didn't say "cold" beer, but assume that is the case. lol. EW

Yes - COLD beer! LOL

Going to be in the Koots with family near Trail next weekend if you are up our way. I'm no longer on SW and Ty and I never really spoke, but your kindness was one of the nicest things I have seen. It wasn't about the value, it was how much you and Dan touched that man's spirit and having the chance to make some memories with his son. I used to be NoSecondChances over there.

Are you gonna be riding or just visiting? Let me know this coming week and maybe we could go for a rip or just do a brew. Have a good one. EW

Here's my first street legal ride. Got as a cheap economical way of going back and forth to work. Hindsight says I should have gotten something a bit bigger. Oh well next time.

I also put on 600 kms on Monday enjoying the sunny and warm day...wow is all I can say.
Tons of bikes on the road everywhere I rode - Pigeon Lake, Wetaskwin, Camrose, Stettler etc.
What a great day for ridding.
Not looking like I'll get any more time in the seat this week - away for a couple of days and then it suppose to rain all weekend...and that my friends is life.
Total for the season so far is about 1200kms.....and I'm smiling....

I'm happy with it except for wind buffering when the windshield is on.
The wind comes up along your knees and beats around the face. I've been doing some research and it's a very common and extremely common problem.
I'm currently playing around with some of the solutions I've read about to find out which is the best for my needs...otherwise it's an absolute blast to ride.

That's a flashy little custom Jay, looks good. Did you build it yourself? What size engine? I've been wanting to do one for a couple years now, father in law wrecked last week on his so I'm thinking I'll buy it back from insurance and do a custom if he doesn't redo it himself.
