i am just wondering if a 2000 polaris rmk 800 seat would fit on a 1999 polaris rmk 700.

yep but you have to change the tank to a gen 2 tank and i think you have to change the steering hoop not quite sure, but i know its been done

It can be done, but it's not a straight swap. You need both seat and tank as dooryder said and you have to route the cooler hoses that are under the tank in a difgferent spot. Or use a lot of heat and mold the tank so they fit.

Easier to get the seat redone they way you want.
