Check the speedo plug in.
It runs most of the machine.

If you unplug the speedo the 4x4 will not work.

check the fan itself.
I have a 2010 850Xp that would not start... Tried new battery, new starter, all fuses & relays.
Finally unplugged, cleaned & greased the fan plug & machine has worked great since!!!

Thanks

it was a breaker fuse under the driver seat, mounted below battery. Rusted out and not making contact creating an open circuit. All fixed, relocated in a much drier spot and within a dry box, where in intend to make more electrical connections.

I plan lay on posting pics once I'm done, I have things in order so tough to show anything yet.
