Rino 650 battery life

Has anyone else had their lithium battery pack go crazy on them? Mine will hold a charge for 6 days than completely die. Is the battery pack messed or is it a problem with the unit?

I have a number of gripes from myself and friends. Battery just totally dies not a flutter. Can't be recharged.
Ours are all 2011 manufacture. I have tried batteries from new units (2013) and they don't go in our older units?
Need a solution really.
No help to you I know but hoping someone else will come forward with info.

so its day 6 of a new test, i charged the battery and removed it from the unit. it has held its charge and works just fine. one thing i did have to do a few weeks ago to get the battery to charge was update my rino. software version is 3.20. i plan on checking it every few days and see what happes.
