Removing guage off axys hood

How does a guy go about taking the guage cluster out? Is it just snapped in place?

I am currently moving everything over to a helium hood, it didn’t come with a write up and I can’t really find anything online.

Is there a trick to getting the hood 1/4 turn washer looking things off?

thanks man, looks like it is sorta snapped in place. I’m going do some careful prying tomorrow morning
