Make sure you guys check that your chaincase has oil in it, I checked mine and there was very little in there. I guess they don't check that at the dealership before they give it to you. It should come out the fillhole when you unscrew it.

I had some issues with the chain case on mine as well. I usually go through things a bit better then I did on this one, but I missed the chain tensioner bolt. After riding it for 30 miles in could feel it slipping, pulled the can off and got 4 turns by hand before it snugged up. Took it back and both gears and chain were fuc ked. They did not say if it had oil or not.
