Went to put my clutch kit in the rzr xp on Saturday . Pulled the cover off and puled primary off, noticed the spider had broken pieces all the way around it. Machine only has 32 hrs on it but it is a 2011 so no warranty. Of course the spider cannot be replaced so it is a 620$ clutch now. Not too happy. The x's on the primary were not lined up from factory so I hope this is what caused it. Any ideas?

The problem is Human error! Get a New clutch, forget the old one and go Ride! Take it from me, every thing I buy new has something wrong with it from new. I don't know why but when it is done it never haunts me again. The XP is a good machine! If you need more info , go to the Polairs Side by Side fourms. Good info there.Have fun this Summer!!!!
