Possible water trough problem

Another problem closed - sort of. Why are the horses staying away from the trough if not electricity? Kinda sad though cuz I was really hoping we might get some variation of a story along the lines of whizzing on an electric fence. Oh well - on to the Game Changer thread

Take the two leads and hold the tips one in each hand. Pretty good chance you will read a small amount of voltage around the same range. Current will be almost nothing though.

Ha ha I must be DEAD the multimeter shows 00.0 when I hold them like you said. Lol 2 Clicks to left or 2 clicks to right for this test.
