Hello everyone, we've had enough of this no-snow BS down here in Portland and are going to go hunt some snow down next week. Looks like Whistler area is only place w/in 15-hour drive that's getting more than a foot of snow in the next 7 days, so that's where we are heading.

Never been up there, but heard there's some good spots. Any advice would be appreciated, as would anyone willing to ride with us and maybe show us around a bit. We're solid backcountry riders w/ a 2011 XP 154 and an 09 M1000 - both are reliable and we like to take a safety first attitude out there.

We're probably leaving next Tuesday and gonna spend 3-5 days depending on conditions. We have an RV/toyhauler, so staying right in the snowpark if we can.

Thanks for any help!

If you can unhook your toyhauler and throw the sleds on the back of your truck you'll open up your options quite a bit. Rutherford and Brandy are pretty awesome but there are lots of other areas that you can't really get into with your setup.

well, a one piece rig, so we'll have to stick to where we can get to with it. 34' w/ a trailer too. Are there any maps available for these areas? Or could you guys hook us up with some directions?

Thanks!

PM'd you all the maps youll need ;)

I wonder if they'll let you camp out at the brandy parking lot. It's a huge lot but there are no hookups. Perhaps research a rv park nearby in case they didn't let you camp there.
