It's super loud and I broke the down pipe. Will get a new one welded but thinking of getting a quieter muffler.

Its hard to tell.. most usually have some sort of company plate or something on it haha... could be dynaport maybe? I don't believe slp has a pipe for the zx's, just the revs and newer...

Well there are no markings of manufacture at all on it.
The can is completely empty.
I picked up a mbrp can that a guy had on his old zx mxz 700. It doesn't quiet line up perfectly but I will just have to do some small fabricating on it.

The next question is or should have been the first question...will the different can once fitted properly be comlpatiple or should I be looking for an exact match?

Looks like a crankshop pipe but they have a nameplate on their pipe as well.

So if it's for a 700 and I have an 800 it won't work? Or is more relates to the fitting?

Thanks all for the replies and info.
Picked up a new MBRP can from the local skidoo dealership.
The old can I purchased was for a 700 ZX, the exhaust holes didn't line up.

New one fits perfect.
Can't wait for snow!
