Piston diagnosis

Pulled the motor tonight on my kids 08 Crossfire 5, to do the water pump seals and do a top end on it as well. Compressions was on low side, 110 on mag side, 105 on pto side using a top of line princess auto gauge, lol. Pto side has some damage, I have tried attached a couple pics. Anybody got a diagnosis? Is the cylinder repairable in this condition?

Scrub it with a scotch bright and muriatic acid. It will take any aluminum off the face, then you can see if any of it is actually cut in.

If that's the intake side, my guess would be snow ingestion.
