PCV map swtich question

Have a 08m1000 with all updates and slp pipeset. With my computer hooked up to pcv on sled and the software opened up, how do know if the map switch is working? When I flip the switch the map position does not change on the screen of my computer. I can see the 2 maps loaded on the pcv. Does the sled need to be running? Also has anyone had any success getting a good safe map for low elevation trail riding. Mine is very lean in the 5500-6500 range. My +5000ft elevation map works great but trail riding is an issue.

I have the duel map on my Dragon and it has to be running to display the switch over.Make sure you calibrate the tps to the pcv.

also go into the configuration setting and ensure the switch is activated.
