Wow another example of our fine liberal government changing their word. Talking with the guys who work the booth they would just be providing info to visitors. But that was a couple weeks ago.

Text back from my parks friend says the discovery pass will be available at the gate for $0.00 Jan 1 until the end of 2017. So unless the gov is lying to their employees should be good to go.
