I'm hearing rumors that the NHL make be looking to make some changes in their overtime format. Honestly, as much as I like the shootout, I don't think it should be a deciding factor in a game. Maybe increase the overtime minutes from 5 to 10 or even make it an extra period but first goal still wins.
Some are saying after the first 5 minute 4 on 4, go to another 5 minute with a 3 on 3. Curious as to what you hockey crazed Canucks think about overtime??
