Hey all, thought I would share!

Boyd and I just bought a house in Sherwood Park! After living in a 1 bedroom, 700 sq ft condo for the past 5 1/2 years its been long overdue! We got a SWEET deal on this one, and at 1600 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3.5baths its definitely big enough for 2 of us plus the dog..and another doggy on the way! Here's some pics...

Haha well we move in June 10th, so house warming will be sometime after that!

Yeah the french doors on the garage are kinda cool..and yes there is some kind of office/studio above the garage..which is kind of neat too I suppose..

Looks like a pretty nice place and hopefully the neighbors are good. On both sides their close enough to hear either farting or screwing...lol

Pretty sweet taryn. Where in the park? That garage will be lots of fun. Someone said something about the garage making a sweet mancave. My guess is that you're going to be sending as much time as Boyd in there.

Summerwood, and my guess is that i'll probably be spending MORE time in the garage than Boyd will...lol

Now thats upgrading, very nice home and excellent time to purchase. Even though 5 1/2 years does seem like a long time, you would have paid a lot more for that home over 2 1/2 years ago. Higher mortgage payments = less toys.

Congrats to you both :)
