Oil Pump Chain too loose?

I am in the process of some maintenance on my 2007 Phazer MPI supercharger, which required the crankcase cover to be removed.

After cleaning up the old gasket I noticed that my oil pump chain seems loose?

Here are a couple pics. Does this seem normal?

Any help is much appreciated.
