It's hard to believe that last year on Oct 14th a group of us rode Frisby with little to no damage and only the fog kept the sleds from crossing the ridge. The one lone snowbike threaded his way through the trees and broke into totaly sunshine up by the marker poles on top. Once again I'll be posting my rides and the conditions I found with pics to help you get stoked and come to Revy. Feel free to add your stuff and make this the most viewed site. On a side note I'm looking out my window at a fresh dump on Mt. Begbie...It's started!

Went up to Boulder for the wood party yesterday. It was snowing when we got there and actually looked really good just above the cabin! Here's a couple of pictures. Unfortuatley the pics were just taken with my phone so I couldn't get a decent shot of the snow up high! IMG_00000254.jpg IMG_00000255.jpg IMG_00000257.jpg IMG_00000258.jpg

Thanks again to the wood crew...

Would have helped if I had the weekend off.

medler & I and of course pistonbroke800 & feenstra were intending on coming to the wood party - until we realized it was on Sunday.... maybe next year....???? I sure would have liked to been there without any snow

I knew there is a reason I live in Revy. I blew off an afternoon of work and went for a snowbike ride on Sale Mtn.
I thought it was a little crazy when Craig Madlung called me up on Oct 2 to go for a ride, but apparently I was up for it.
It is the first snow fall and I would never have taken my sled up there this early, but it was kinda cool to ride the snowbike around all the rocks and know that I won't be ripping off an A arm. Doesn't look like any snow in the immediate forecast, so holdoff on loading up to come. I will keep you posted when the real riding starts.
