Nytro suspension

I have a 2008 Nytro Turbo Mcxpress M1O. I recently changed out the rails/extension with new Ice age 162 rails.

The sled seems to be sitting lower than before. Its not rubbing when I ride it just feels a few inches too low.

I have filled the rear front fox shock to 150 as well as the rear.

It looks like the previous owner had the skid mounted in a different spot. Could this be why it sits lower with the new rails ?

I think the other location is the stock skid mounting hole. I used to have that skid and my front mount was around there to
