I am having some issues with my 05 700 RMK. This past spring I was out in Valemont and I rolled my sled down the mountain. No damage but the next day I noticed a noise on the clutch side of the engine when I let off the throttle and the sled is slowing down. After about an hour of riding I blew the belt. I took the sled in and had the clutches re-aligned but the noise is still there.

I tried my buddies driven clutch and there was no change.

Any suggestions or things to try?

What one primary or secondary??
id suggest servicing your clutch if you have not done ith a while..primary clutch check your spring, weights, rollers and buttons for wear and if they need replacing DO IT
secondary id check your helix and spring for proper operation

IMO i do mine every year both secondary and primary
